TO ORDER: The easiest way to order is by phone, fax or mail in order form.  Make sure when ordering to include Make, Model, Year, Engine type and description of the product along with the part number.  Our office hours are from 9:00am to 5:50pm Monday through Friday (M.S.T.) and sometimes Saturday.  We have qualified performance consultants on staff to handle any questions you may have about our products or procedures.


PAYMENT: We Accept VISA, MC, American Express, Dinners, Discover, Debit, Cashiers check and Money order  Orders paid with personal or company check will be held for clearance unless prior arrangements are made.  All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge plus shipping costs.  These charges are the purchasers responsibility and become a collection item with the addition of 33% collection costs if not paid in 30 days.  Special orders are paid at time of order or may require a 50% deposit at the time of order is placed. Special orders are not refundable.


BACK ORDERS: If the item you order is out of stock will will notify you and all back ordered items will be sent out as soon as possible.


PRICES: For current prices refer to date on price sheet or call for updated information.  Prices are subject to change without notice.


RETURNS: A return authorization number must be obtained from our sales staff before product can be returned.  The items must be sent prepaid with the authorization number on the top side of the box next to label.  Products that are returned are subject to a 20% cancelation fee.  No returns after 30 days.  No returns on electrical items.  All returns are for exchange or credit unless otherwise agreed.


FITMENT PROBLEMS: EM does not reimburse labor costs for items that may not fit correctly.  EM will exchange for correct part and make every effort to resolve the issue.


DAMAGE CLAIMS: Carefully inspect merchandise once it has arrived.  If shipping damage has occured keep all packing materials and contact the carrier immediately.  Exotic Muscle cannot initiate any claims.


CORE CHARGES: If cores are received before the order is sent you pay the exchange price.  If cores are sent after the order is shipped a core charge must then be added.  This charge is refundable after cores are received by EM.  Core requirements: 1) Parts are returned in 30 days or less.  2) Customer pays freight 3) Items must be in acceptable condition.  If conditions are not met cores can be purchased at a reduced price.
